Who needs to approve the work?
That depends on ownership. We can provide a clear quote and specification to circulate to a management company or residents.
Can you maintain access for residents?
Usually yes, with phased working and notices. Short periods of closure are agreed in advance.
What is the difference between an access road and a commercial driveway?
Mainly scale and traffic. Both are built on a proper sub-base, with the surface matched to the loading.
Do you work next to the public highway?
We can finish private roads up to the highway edge. Any work in the adopted highway needs separate authority consent.
What about drainage?
We assess falls and outfalls on the survey and include channels or gullies where needed.
