Who this service is for
Resurfacing is the right answer when a car park has widespread cracking, crazing, standing water or a worn surface, and patching would only buy a season. We work for facilities managers, landlords and managing agents who need a surface that looks right, drains properly and gets bays back in use quickly.
Suited to car parks with widespread surface deterioration, or where drainage falls and kerb levels need correcting at the same time. A survey establishes whether repairs or resurfacing are appropriate.

What you can expect
Minimal disruption
We split a car park into zones so part of it stays open, and can work evenings or weekends where agreed.
Planned works
You receive a programme, a closure plan and a start date before any machinery arrives.
Safety
Pedestrian routes are fenced and marked, and RAMS are available for your approval before work begins.
Durability
Specification is matched to traffic, from cars only to regular delivery vehicles.
Repair or full resurfacing
We tell you honestly whether repair would do, and price both where it is close.

Our Iceland supermarket job in Northampton was repair rather than full resurfacing, but shows how we protect trading while working.

How long does a car park resurfacing take?
A typical 40 to 60 bay car park takes two to four working days in phases, weather permitting. Larger sites are programmed to suit your trading pattern.
Can part of the car park stay open?
Usually yes. We phase the work into sections and agree access, accessible bays and pedestrian routes beforehand.
Do you take off the old surface or lay over it?
It depends on the survey. Where the base is sound and levels allow, an overlay can work. Failed areas are dug out and rebuilt first.
Can you re-mark the bays afterwards?
Yes. Bay lines, numbering, disabled bays and walkways are included in the quote if you want them.
Do you provide RAMS?
Risk assessments and method statements are available before the start date. We hold £10m public liability insurance.
